Food is such a joy! The flavors, the family gatherings, the smiles…..who does not love food!
Nutrient dense food does not need to be steamed or broiled, it can be smoked, sauced, blended, casseroled and well seasoned into amazing taste creations.
Here I share my own creations as well as some from my amazing grill master, sauce creator and flavor guru husband, Rob. When it comes to depths of flavors, this guy is the real deal!
Among the recipe collection, I do toss in some of my favorites from other cooks and chefs and will always share the source. Sometimes I have tried their original recipe but wanted something different, so I add my own twist to it, in which case I will tell you which chef “inspired” me.
I encourage you to put on your apron and have fun in the kitchen. Remember, you are doing this for you and the ones you love. Love yourself enough too!
